Upgrading to an Enterprise account

Upgrade your individual account to Enterprise to unlock team members, NET payment terms, custom rates, and dedicated support.

An Enterprise account is built for organizations with ongoing interpreting needs. Upgrading unlocks the option to apply for NET 15 payment terms, add team members, get custom rates, and reach a dedicated support contact.

When to upgrade
If you're using Day Interpreting on behalf of a company — and especially if you'd like to invoice instead of prepay — upgrading to Enterprise is the right step. Individuals who just need occasional pay-as-you-go interpreting don't need to upgrade.
1

Open the upgrade form

Settings → Payment Method

Go to Settings → Payment Method. In the Post-Paid Terms section, click Upgrade to Enterprise.

2

Provide your company details

Required
  1. Company email — must be on your corporate domain. Free / personal addresses (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Outlook.com, iCloud, etc.) aren't accepted because Enterprise accounts are for organizations only.
  2. Company legal name, Tax ID / EIN, and annual revenue range.
  3. Billing address and an optional website.
  4. Billing contact — name, email, and phone for invoicing and account questions.
3

Apply for NET 15 (optional)

Same form

Inside the upgrade form there's a checkbox: “Also apply for NET 15 payment terms”. Tick it if you'd like to invoice instead of prepay — you can apply now in the same step, or skip it and apply later from your Enterprise account.

If you check it, you'll also enter your requested credit limit and estimated monthly spend.

4

Submit & wait for review

Typically 1 business day

Submit your application. You'll see a Pending Review card with a step-by-step view of what happens next. Our team typically reviews within 1 business day and we'll email you the moment a decision is made. In the meantime you can keep using your prepaid balance.

Changed your mind?
While the request is still pending, you can click Withdraw on the pending card to cancel. Once our team has acted on it, please contact support instead.

Approval & activation

What happens next

On approval, your account is upgraded to Enterprise right away. From here:

  • Your account type changes to Enterprise — visible from the Billing overview.
  • If you applied for NET 15, you'll get an activation email with a link to sign the credit agreement and save a card as collateral. See NET payment terms for details.
  • If you didn't apply for NET yet, your account is fully upgraded — you can apply for NET anytime from the Payment Method page later.
  • You can now invite team members from Settings → Team Members.

If your request is declined

It happens

We'll show the reason directly on the request card so you know what to address. You can submit a new request with updated details, or contact support if you'd like to discuss it. Pre-filled forms make resubmitting fast.
