Reviewing your call history

Find every call, see its full details and cost, filter and search, and export your records.

Call History is your complete record of every interpreter session — date, language, duration, cost, and more. Open it from Call History in the sidebar.

Browse your calls

Recent & legacy

Calls are grouped into Recent Calls and, if you migrated from our previous platform, Legacy History (your imported past calls). Each row shows the date and time, call type, language, interpreter, duration, cost, status, and any star rating you left.

Filter & search

Find a specific call

You can narrow the list by:

  • Search — by language.
  • Call Type — All, OPI (Audio), or VRI (Video).
  • Status — Completed, Connecting, Missed, Cancelled, or Failed.

Open a call’s details

Click any row

Click a call to slide open its full details:

Audio (OPI) or Video (VRI) — with an IVR tag for phone calls

Export your records

For your files

Click Export at the top to download your call history. For payment-level records and invoices, see Billing history & invoices.

  • Phone (dial-in) calls are marked with an IVR badge.
  • Use the page controls at the bottom to browse older calls.
