Browse your calls
Recent & legacyCalls are grouped into Recent Calls and, if you migrated from our previous platform, Legacy History (your imported past calls). Each row shows the date and time, call type, language, interpreter, duration, cost, status, and any star rating you left.

Filter & search
Find a specific callYou can narrow the list by:
- Search — by language.
- Call Type — All, OPI (Audio), or VRI (Video).
- Status — Completed, Connecting, Missed, Cancelled, or Failed.

Open a call’s details
Click any rowClick a call to slide open its full details:
- Type
- Audio (OPI) or Video (VRI) — with an IVR tag for phone calls
- Language
- e.g. English to Spanish
- Date & time
- In your selected timezone
- Interpreter
- Who you spoke with
- Duration
- Exact call length
- Rate & total
- Per-minute rate and total charged
- Rating & feedback
- Any stars and comments you left

Export your records
For your filesClick Export at the top to download your call history. For payment-level records and invoices, see Billing history & invoices.
- Phone (dial-in) calls are marked with an IVR badge.
- Use the page controls at the bottom to browse older calls.
