NET payment terms (credit account)

Pay by invoice instead of prepaying — apply for a NET credit account, sign the agreement, save a card as collateral, and activate.

A NET credit account lets your business use interpreting services now and pay by invoice within your terms (e.g. 15 days), instead of prepaying credits. It's ideal for teams with regular, ongoing needs.

How it works in short
You apply, our finance team reviews, and on approval you complete two quick steps — sign the credit agreement and save a card as collateral. Your credit limit then applies immediately, and you're invoiced each billing cycle.
Individual customers — upgrade first
NET terms are an Enterprise feature. If your account is currently an Individual account, the Payment Method page will show an Upgrade to Enterprise option instead of Apply for NET 15. You can apply for NET inside the same upgrade form (just tick the “Also apply for NET 15 payment terms” checkbox), or upgrade first and apply for NET later. See Upgrading to an Enterprise account for the full upgrade walkthrough.
1

Apply

Settings → Payment Method

Under Settings → Payment Method, click Apply for NET 15 Payment Terms. Provide your company details, requested credit limit, estimated monthly spend, and a billing contact. Submit, and your application shows as Pending Review.

Pre-filling: if you've submitted an upgrade or NET request before, the form pre-fills your company info so you don't have to re-enter anything — review and update if needed, then submit.

Track your application

Pending Review

The pending card shows the full journey at a glance — Submitted → Review → Sign agreement → Save card → Active. We aim to review within 1 business day and you'll get an email with the decision. In the meantime, you can keep using your prepaid balance.

Need to cancel?
While your request is still pending, click Withdraw in the top right of the card. After our team acts on it, please contact support instead.

Get approved

We review

When approved, your card shows Approved — Action Required with a progress bar showing how many of the two activation steps you've completed. Click Start Activation (or Continue Activation if you partially finished earlier).

Sign & secure

Two steps
  1. Sign the agreement — read the credit agreement in full, then type your full legal name to sign. This is a timestamped, legally binding electronic signature.
  2. Save a card as collateral — required for credit accounts. It's kept on file and only charged if an invoice goes unpaid beyond your terms.
5

Activate

You're live

With both steps done, click Activate Credit Account. Your credit limit applies right away.

  • Your credit limit is available immediately.
  • Invoices are sent each billing cycle, due within your NET terms.
  • Your card on file is used only if an invoice is overdue.
  • Your dashboard shows Available Credit (limit, used, and remaining) instead of a prepaid balance.
  • The active card shows when your account went live and who reviewed your application.

If your request is declined

It happens

We'll show the reason directly on the request card so you know what to address. You can submit a new request (your previous form values are pre-filled to save time) or contact support if you'd like to discuss it.
