A NET credit account lets your business use interpreting services now and pay by invoice within your terms (e.g. 15 days), instead of prepaying credits. It's ideal for teams with regular, ongoing needs.
Apply
Settings → Payment MethodUnder Settings → Payment Method, click Apply for NET 15 Payment Terms. Provide your company details, requested credit limit, estimated monthly spend, and a billing contact. Submit, and your application shows as Pending Review.
Pre-filling: if you've submitted an upgrade or NET request before, the form pre-fills your company info so you don't have to re-enter anything — review and update if needed, then submit.
Track your application
Pending ReviewThe pending card shows the full journey at a glance — Submitted → Review → Sign agreement → Save card → Active. We aim to review within 1 business day and you'll get an email with the decision. In the meantime, you can keep using your prepaid balance.
Get approved
We reviewWhen approved, your card shows Approved — Action Required with a progress bar showing how many of the two activation steps you've completed. Click Start Activation (or Continue Activation if you partially finished earlier).
Sign & secure
Two steps- Sign the agreement — read the credit agreement in full, then type your full legal name to sign. This is a timestamped, legally binding electronic signature.
- Save a card as collateral — required for credit accounts. It's kept on file and only charged if an invoice goes unpaid beyond your terms.
Activate
You're liveWith both steps done, click Activate Credit Account. Your credit limit applies right away.
- Your credit limit is available immediately.
- Invoices are sent each billing cycle, due within your NET terms.
- Your card on file is used only if an invoice is overdue.
- Your dashboard shows Available Credit (limit, used, and remaining) instead of a prepaid balance.
- The active card shows when your account went live and who reviewed your application.
If your request is declined
It happensWe'll show the reason directly on the request card so you know what to address. You can submit a new request (your previous form values are pre-filled to save time) or contact support if you'd like to discuss it.
