Day Interpreting maintains a current SOC 2 Type II report covering our security, availability, and confidentiality controls. If your InfoSec, procurement, or vendor-review team needs a copy for their assessment, you can request it in a few clicks from your portal — no back-and-forth emails.
What SOC 2 Type II covers
At a glanceSOC 2 Type II is an independent audit under the AICPA Trust Services Criteria. It examines the design and operating effectiveness of our controls over an observation period — not just a point in time. Our report covers:
- Security — access controls, encryption, monitoring, incident response.
- Availability — uptime, disaster recovery, capacity management.
- Confidentiality — handling of sensitive data provided by customers, including PHI when a BAA is in place.
