Adding & managing team members

Invite colleagues to share your account, assign roles, and enable, disable, or remove access.

Share your account with your team so everyone can place calls under the same balance and settings. Manage everyone from Settings → Team Members.

Invite a member

Settings → Team Members
  1. Go to Settings → Team Members and click Invite Member.
  2. Enter their email and choose a role.
  3. Click Send Invite. They appear in the list as Pending and receive an email link to set their password and join.

Roles

Who can do what
RoleCan do
OwnerFull control — billing, team, settings, and calls. Can invite Admins and Members.
AdminManage most account settings and place calls.
MemberPlace calls and manage their own profile.

Manage existing members

The actions menu

Use the actions menu () on any member to:

  • Resend Invite — for a pending member who hasn’t joined yet.
  • Disable / Enable Access — temporarily pause or restore someone’s access without removing them.
  • Remove Member — revoke access entirely (you’ll confirm before it’s final).
  • Only an Owner can change another member’s role.
  • All members share the same balance, rates, and call history.
