Managing your payment method

Add, update, or remove the card on file used for top-ups and auto-recharge.

Your saved payment method is used for credit top-ups and Auto-Reload. Manage it under Settings → Payment Method — it’s encrypted and stored securely; we never see your full card number.

1

Add a payment method

First card
  1. Go to Settings → Payment Method and click Add Payment Method.
  2. Enter your card, or choose a digital wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay).
  3. Click Save Payment Method. It becomes your Default, ready for top-ups and auto-recharge.
2

Update or replace a card

Expired or new card

On your saved card, click Update to enter new details (for example, after a card is reissued or expires). Save to replace the card on file.

3

Remove a card

Click Remove

Click Remove on the saved card to delete it.

Heads up
If you have Auto-Reload turned on, you’ll need a card on file for it to work. Removing your only card pauses auto-recharge until you add a new one.
  • Your card details are handled by our payment processor and encrypted end-to-end — they’re never stored on our servers.
  • Only the brand and last 4 digits are shown in the portal.
  • Need a credit line instead of prepaying? See NET payment terms.
