Submit a ticket
Tracked & answered- Open Support in the sidebar and find Submit a Ticket.
- Choose a Category (Billing, Technical Issue, Account, Call Quality, NET Terms, Refund Request, Feedback, or Other).
- Add a Subject and a Message (at least 10 characters). Attach screenshots or documents if they help.
- Click Submit Ticket. We typically respond within a few hours.

Track & reply
Your TicketsYour tickets appear under Your Tickets with a status — Open, In Progress, Resolved, or Closed. Click one to read the conversation and reply directly; you’ll get an email whenever we respond.

How quickly will I be connected to an interpreter?+
Typically in under 30 seconds, day or night, for on-demand languages.
How is my call billed?+
The first 30 seconds are free, then a 2-minute minimum applies, billed per minute after that. See Languages & how rates work.
What happens when my balance runs out?+
A call in progress is protected, but you’ll need to top up to start new ones. Turn on Auto-Reload to avoid interruptions — see Buying credits & auto-recharge.
Are calls recorded?+
Calls are not recorded by default. If you have specific compliance needs, contact us and we’ll advise.
What if I have connection issues?+
Check that your browser has microphone (and camera, for video) access allowed, and try again. If it persists, submit a ticket with details and we’ll investigate.
