Day Interpreting connects you to a professional interpreter on demand —96 languages, available 24/7, in seconds. You can connect two ways: right from your browser, or by calling our toll-free line from any phone.
Sign in to your portal
app.dayinterpreting.comGo to app.dayinterpreting.com and sign in. Your Dashboard opens with everything you need to place a call front and center.
The very first time you sign in, we ask for a few quick details (account type, the languages you need, your phone). This takes under a minute — see Complete your profile for what each step does.
Choose how to connect
Browser or phoneYour dashboard gives you two ways to reach an interpreter:
- From your browser — pick a language and click Connect with Interpreter. We call the interpreter for you and connect the audio (or video) right in the page. Best when you’re at your computer.
- By phone — dial 1-888-989-1022 from any phone, enter your Account ID and Passcode, and choose a language. Best when you’re on the move or away from a computer.
Pick your language
96 languagesUnder Interpretation Language, tap a language chip. Your most-used languages appear first, followed by the most popular ones — each chip shows its per-minute rate. Need something less common? Click Other Languages and search the full list.
Start the call
Connects automaticallyClick the connect button. We dial a qualified interpreter and link you together — usually in under 30 seconds. When they join, briefly tell them what you’d like to accomplish, and you’re off.
Top up your balance
When you’re readyCalls draw from your prepaid credit balance. Add credit anytime from Credits in the sidebar, and turn on Auto-Reload so you never run out mid-call. See Buying credits & auto-recharge for the full walkthrough.
