Every credit purchase, call charge, auto-recharge, refund, and adjustment is recorded under Settings → Billing history — “Invoices & Payment History.” You can download invoices and export the whole list.
Open your billing history
Settings → Billing historyGo to Settings → Billing history. Each row shows the date, a description, the type, the amount (green for credit added, red for charges), and your running balance.

Download an invoice
For card purchasesIn the Invoice column, rows with an invoice show a document icon. Click it to download the invoice PDF for that purchase.
- Find the credit purchase you need.
- Click the invoice icon in that row to download or open it.
Invoices are generated for card purchases (top-ups and auto-recharges). Call-by-call charges draw from your prepaid balance and don’t have a separate invoice — they’re itemized here and in Call History.
Export everything
CSVNeed your records for accounting? Click Export CSV at the top to download your full transaction history as a spreadsheet.
- Transactions are paginated — use the page controls at the bottom to browse older activity.
- Your billing address (used on invoices) is set under Settings → Billing address.
- Spot something wrong? You can request a refund on eligible transactions — see Requesting a refund.
