Buying credits & setting up auto-recharge

Top up your balance, earn bonus credit on larger top-ups, and turn on Auto-Reload so you never run out mid-call.

Calls draw from your prepaid credit balance. You can add credit anytime, get bonus credit on larger top-ups, and switch on Auto-Reload so your balance tops itself up before it runs dry.

1

Open the Credits page

From the sidebar

Click Credits in the sidebar. You’ll see your current balance and a set of top-up packages.

2

Choose an amount

Package or custom

Pick a package — $25, $50, $100, or $250 — or enter a Custom Amount (anything from $10 to $5,000) and click Top Up.

The more you add, the more you get. Larger top-ups earn bonus credit — up to 30% extra free on the biggest packages. The bonus is shown before you confirm.
3

Pay securely

Cards & wallets

Review the breakdown in the Confirm Top-Up dialog — what you pay, any bonus, and the total added to your balance — then complete payment. We accept:

  1. Cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and more.
  2. Digital wallets — Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, and Amazon Pay.

Click Pay to finish. Your balance updates instantly and a receipt is emailed to you. Every purchase is encrypted and secured by Stripe.

No payment method yet?
You’ll be prompted to add one during checkout. You can also save a card ahead of time under Settings → Payment Method.

Turn on Auto-Reload

Never run dry

Auto-Reload tops up your balance automatically when it gets low — so a call never gets cut short.

  1. Go to Settings → Billing and find the Auto-Reload section.
  2. Switch it on, then set When balance falls below (e.g. $20) and a Recharge amount (e.g. $50).
  3. Changes save automatically. We’ll charge your saved card and add credit whenever your balance dips below the threshold.
  • Bonus credit is added on top of what you pay and never expires.
  • Auto-Reload needs a saved payment method — add one under Settings → Payment Method.
  • Turn on low-balance alerts in Settings → Preferences to get an email before you run out.
  • Every top-up and charge appears in Billing history, with a downloadable invoice for card purchases.
