Your toll-free number

The dial-in number your account uses to reach interpreters by phone — and how a dedicated number works.

Your toll-free number is the phone line you call to reach an interpreter without a computer. The shared line is 1-888-989-1022, and some accounts have their own dedicated number.

Dedicated numbers

For teams

A dedicated toll-free number is unique to your organization — handy for posting on signage, sharing with staff, or routing a department. If your account has one, it’s shown here and works exactly like the shared line. Want one? Contact support to request it.

  • The phone line uses the same balance and rates as browser calls.
  • Calls placed by phone show an IVR badge in your Call History.
  • Full dial-in steps and language codes are in Call an interpreter by phone.
