Dial the toll-free number
1-888-989-1022Call 1-888-989-1022 from any phone. (If your organization has its own dedicated toll-free number, dial that instead — it works the same way.) When prompted, enter your Account ID followed by your Passcode.
Choose your language
The menuAfter your details are accepted, the menu offers:
- Press 1 — connect to Spanish instantly.
- Press 2 — enter your language code followed by # for any other language.
- Press 3 — hear your account balance.
- Press 0 — reach a customer care representative.
Find your language code
For Press 2Each language has a short numeric IVR code. At the menu, press 2, enter the 3-digit code, then #. For example, Spanish is 035, French is 012, and Mandarin Chinese is 164.
You can always look yours up live on your dashboard — open the OPI Toll-Free IVR Line panel and expand Find your language IVR code to search by name or code. The full list is below for reference:
