Open the ASL Interpretation tab
On your dashboardFrom your dashboard, select the ASL Interpretation tab. You’ll see the current rate, hours, and format at a glance.

Connect to an interpreter
Live video- Click Connect to ASL Interpreter.
- Allow camera and microphone access when prompted.
- A certified ASL interpreter joins on video. Use the on-screen controls during the call, and end it when you’re finished.

Outside standard hours?
You can still tryASL interpreters are scheduled Monday–Friday, 8am–8pm EST. Outside those hours you can still tap connect — it may take longer or be unavailable, but you’re never charged if no interpreter answers.
