Profile & preferences

Update your name and contact details, set favorite languages and compliance needs, and choose your timezone and notifications.

Keep your details current and tune the portal to how you work — under Settings → Profile and Preferences.

Profile

Your details

On Settings → Profile you can edit your first and last name and phone number. Your email is shown as verified, and your Account ID has a copy button. Click Save Profile when done.

Favorite languages

Pinned to the top

Tap language chips to mark your favorites (and add custom ones). Favorites appear first whenever you place a call, so your most-used languages are always one tap away.

Compliance requirements

Optional

Set any regulatory needs — HIPAA, Legal / Court, GDPR, SOC 2, Section 1557, or FERPA — so we can match you with appropriately qualified interpreters.

Preferences

Timezone & notifications

On Settings → Preferences, choose your timezone (used for call timestamps and reports) and toggle notifications:

  • Email summaries — daily or weekly call summaries by email.
  • Low balance alerts — a heads-up before your balance runs low.
  • Purchase receipts — an emailed receipt for every credit purchase.

Click Save Preferences to apply.
