Keep your details current and tune the portal to how you work — under Settings → Profile and Preferences.
Profile
Your detailsOn Settings → Profile you can edit your first and last name and phone number. Your email is shown as verified, and your Account ID has a copy button. Click Save Profile when done.
Favorite languages
Pinned to the topTap language chips to mark your favorites (and add custom ones). Favorites appear first whenever you place a call, so your most-used languages are always one tap away.
Compliance requirements
OptionalSet any regulatory needs — HIPAA, Legal / Court, GDPR, SOC 2, Section 1557, or FERPA — so we can match you with appropriately qualified interpreters.
Preferences
Timezone & notificationsOn Settings → Preferences, choose your timezone (used for call timestamps and reports) and toggle notifications:
- Email summaries — daily or weekly call summaries by email.
- Low balance alerts — a heads-up before your balance runs low.
- Purchase receipts — an emailed receipt for every credit purchase.
Click Save Preferences to apply.
